Our place of safety is a calming and supportive area available to you if you’re brought to us by the police under sections 135 or 136 of the Mental Health Act because you’re experiencing a severe mental health incident. We also have a separate place at our hospital for young people under the age of 18. Webplace safety and health management efforts. By systemati-cally advancing safety throughout the hospital, it maximizes the effectiveness of hazard-specific programs, such as those addressing violence prevention, blood-borne pathogens, and patient handling.
