Every time she believes she's made tremendous strides in her career and personal goals, there's a setback just waiting for her in a nearby hallway. WebElliot: She's a weak dumb, insecure, neurotic, petty, whiny and selfish coward who tries to get one over on people every chance she gets. She's a bit funny at the start of the show because of her fuck-ups. And you even root for her to succeed at first. Because she's an underdog. Until you actually realize what an awful person she is.
