WebIn our quest to explore the weird and wonderful world of music awards, on the 26. February 2024, we paid a visit to Aarhus, the Danish hometown of Scandinavia’s biggest music magazine Gaffa. Gaffa Denmark have their own annual award ceremony – GAFFA-Prisen – where they invite us, the readers, to decide who gets the prestigious prize. Danish Music Awards (forkortet DMA) er en dansk prisuddeling inden for populærmusik, der har været en årlig begivenhed siden 1989. Bag prisen står den danske afdeling af pladeselskabernes internationale brancheorganisation IFPI. De to første år kaldtes arrangementet IFPI-prisen, hvorefter det skiftede navn til Dansk Grammy.
